Agreement Acceptance These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all access and use of https://nuoyiep.com, all inquiries, sample requests and wholesale cooperation between you (“Buyer”, “User”) and Nuoyi EP (“Seller”, “we”). By browsing our website, submitting inquiry forms or contacting us via WhatsApp, you fully agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any clause, please stop using this site immediately.
2. Website Content & Intellectual Property All texts, product photos, factory images, logos, designs and product descriptions on this website are the intellectual property of Nuoyi EP. – You may not copy, edit, distribute or use our images and text for commercial resale without our written permission; – Unauthorized scraping, data crawling of our website product data is prohibited. All product specifications, sizes and colors displayed online are for reference only; slight natural texture differences of bamboo and rattan materials are normal and not deemed product defects.
3. User Responsibilities When submitting inquiries, you promise to provide true, accurate company and contact information. You shall not use our website for: – Illegal transactions, violation of import/export laws – Sending spam, malicious messages or false order demands – Infringing trademarks, copyrights of third parties
4. Sample & Wholesale Order Rules – Free samples are available; buyers bear international shipping fees; sample lead time: 3–5 working days. – MOQ for regular bamboo/rattan items: 1 carton; bulk orders enjoy tiered discounted prices. – Custom size, color and logo services are available upon written confirmation; custom production lead time:7–15 working days based on order quantity. – All prices listed on the website are EXW factory prices unless otherwise stated. Shipping, import duties, customs clearance fees shall be borne by buyers under FOB/EXW terms. DDP door-to-door delivery can be quoted separately. – Payment methods: T/T wire transfer, L/C for large orders. Production will start only after receiving deposit; cargo will be arranged for shipment upon full balance payment.
5. Product Quality & Liability We implement strict pre-shipment quality inspection before delivery. If quality defects caused by our production occur, we support re-production or compensation within agreed scope. We are NOT liable for: – Natural color/texture differences of raw bamboo and rattan materials – Damage caused by long-distance sea/air transportation, improper storage or misuse after receipt – Indirect losses including lost profits, project delay costs or business interruption losses Our maximum compensation liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by buyer for the relevant order.
6. Shipping & Force Majeure We arrange shipment according to confirmed Incoterms 2020. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by: – Port congestion, customs inspection, international logistics carrier delays – Natural disasters, pandemic, factory power cuts, raw material shortage and other force majeure events If production delay exceeds 15 days due to uncontrollable factors, we will communicate with buyers to adjust schedule or cancel orders with full deposit refund for unproduced goods.
7. Third-Party Websites Our website may contain links to logistics, payment or social media platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook. We take no responsibility for the privacy policies, service quality or content of third-party websites.
8. Website Availability We reserve the right to suspend or maintain website service temporarily without prior notice for system upgrades or security maintenance. We do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted website access at all times.
